Our recipe

Wheat & coral lentil textured proteins + Water – 11.8% + 39.1%

Batter Mix + Water – 6.1% + 12.9%

Plant-Based Breaded Mix – 17.1%

Breadcrumbs – 10%

Sunflower oil – 2%

Soy sauce – 1%



Our process

Rehydrate the textured vegetable proteins (TVPs) for 15 minutes
Add the rehydrated TVPs to the plant-based breaded mix
Incorporate the oil & soy sauce
Shape and coat
Fry (optional)
Bake in an oven for 10 minutes at 200°C
