Standard lupine flour – 5.9%

Baking powder – 2.4%

Gluten-free variant: Replace the wheat flour with 21% buckwheat flour & 8% lupine flour


Our process

Mix together all the dry ingredients, except the baking powder
Add the eggs, oil, baking powder & water
Baking: 20 minutes at 180°C
