Gingerbread Mix – 45%

Honey – 25%

Cold water – 20%

Whole eggs – 10%


Our process

Mix together the Gingerbread Mix, whole eggs, cold water & honey with an electric whisk at an average speed for 5 minutes
Pour in a baking tin 2/3 full
Bake for about 65 minutes at 160°C
