Lupin flour (FARILUP 350 T) – 17%
Whole eggs – 10%
Raw onions – 6%
Sunflower oil – 4%
Brown flaxseeds – 2.4%
Sunflower seeds – 1.9%
Powdered cumin – 0.3%
Salt – 0.3%
Pepper – 0.1%
Mix the cooked cauliflower with the onions.
Add the dry ingredients and mix.
Add the eggs and oil.
Form balls of about 5cm in diameter.
Bake for 15 minutes at 220°C.
