Wheat & coral lentil textured proteins – 8.6%

Yellow bell pepper – 3.7%

Kidney beans – 3%

Fried dehydrated onion – 2.3%

Wheat fibres – 2%

Corn – 2%

Paprika – 1%

Salt – 0.7%

Granulated garlic – 0.5%

Our process

Rehydrated the textured vegetable proteins for 15 minutes
Mix the meat, salt, wheat fibres, garlic & paprika
Incorporate the rehydrated TVPs
Mix, mince & shape
Add the pre-cut vegetables (bell pepper, bean, corn & onion)
Use in the finished product: Cook for 5 minutes on each side at 85°C
