Courgette : 402g
Carrot : 418g
Toasted soybean flour SUNSOY : 125g
Semolina onion : 22g
Water : 10g
Baking powder : 7.2g
Salt : 5g
Granulated garlic : 4.4g
Cumin powder : 3g
Turmeric powder : 3g
Ground chilli pepper : 0.4g


Our process

- Rape the vegetables
- Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes
- Form patties (60g/patty)
- Bake in the oven at 150°C for 15 minutes
