Our process

Stir together the mix & cold water
Shape the balls (20g)
Optional: Fry in olive oil during 1min30
Bake in a steam oven for 10 minutes
Finish the baking in a dry oven for 10 minutes

Water, Breadcrumbs (Wheat), Chickpea flour, Aromatic mix (Onion, Parsley, Cumin, Salt, Coriander, Garlic, Chilli), Sunflower oil, Sesame seeds, Bicarbonate of soda, Potato starch.
