Unsalted butter – 28.3%
Almond powder – 22.6%
90% dark chocolate – 13.2%
Lupin flour (FARILUP 500) – 10.5%
Whole eggs – 10.5%
Peanut butter – 9.4%
Stevia – 4.2%
Baking powder – 0.9%
Vanilla aroma – 0.4%
Mix the stevia with the butter, add the peanut butter.
Then add all the dry ingredients, mix and add the eggs.
Add the chocolate chips and homogenise the dough.
On a baking tray, shape cookies of about 6cm in diameter.
Bake for 10 minutes at 170°C.
