30% fat single cream – 12.7%

Semi-skimmed milk – 12.7%

Cooked leeks – 10%

Cooked lardons – 10%

Toasted whole lupin flour – 5.8%

Mustard – 3%

Baking powder – 1.5%

Salt – 0.5%

Pepper – 0.5%


Possibility to change the vegetables (olives, bell peppers, carrots, dried tomatoes, etc.) & the animal proteins (ham, salmon, tuna, etc.)


Our process

Cook the leeks & lardons
Mix together the dry ingredients, cream, eggs & mustard
Mix it all together
Baking: 20 minutes at 180°C
