Our process

Mix together the glucose syrup & polydextrose syrup
Heat until it reaches 80°C
Incorporate the "Gluten-Free Raspberry Cereal Bars" mix in the liquid solution
Mix until having a homogeneous mixture
The dough is ready for shaping
