Sugar : 260g
Toasted soybean flour – SUNSOY : 160g
Chopped roasted hazelnuts : 140g
Cocoa powder : 40g
- Blend hazelnuts to a paste.
- Mix the flour with water at 80°C for 5 minutes at medium speed.
- Add the reste of the ingredients.
- Mix at 80°C for 10 minutes at medium speed.
- Put in a can.
