Our recipe

Whole eggs – 33.4%

Mascarpone – 23.2%

Feta – 18.4%

Lupin flour (FARILUP 500) – 13%

Pitted green olives – 11.1%

Baking powder – 0.6%

Salt – 0.2%

Pepper – 0.1%


Our process

Mix the eggs with the mascarpone.
Add the dry ingredients and continue mixing.
Cut the feta and olives into small pieces and mix them into the batter.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C.
