Wheat & Green Lentil Textured Proteins – 6.3%

Wheat Fibres – 2.4%

Salt – 0.6%


Our process

Rehydrate the textured vegetable proteins for 15 minutes
Incorporate the rehydrated TVPs & dry ingredients in the meat
Mix, mince & shape
Use in the finished product: Cook for 5 minutes on each side at 85°C
