Yoghurt Cake Mix – 55%

Cold water – 23%

Sunflower oil – 22%


Our process

Mix together the Yogurt Cake mix, cold water & sunflower oil with an electric whisk at a high speed for 5 minutes
Pour in a baking tin to 2/3
Bake for about 35 minutes at 180°C

Water, Sunflower oil, Sugar, Wheat flour, Powdered eggs, Starch, Powdered lean yoghurt (6.5%) (milk), Emulsifiers: E475 & E471, Baking powder (E450i, E500ii), Natural vanilla aroma, Salt.
