Tajine Plant-Based Burger Mix – 46%

Sunflower oil – 4%


Our process

Stir together the mix with water & oil
Store the mixture in a cool place (24h max)
Shape the products
Bake in a steam oven for 10 minutes at 210°C (60g piece)

Rehydrated vegetable proteins (Wheat, Soya), Starch, Sunflower oil, Apricot, Grape, Prune, Almond, Pistachio, Natural aroma, Vegetable fibres, Salt, Thickener: Methylcellulose, Coriander, Ginger.

Allergens: Sulphite, Nuts, Gluten, Soya
