Our process

Mix the water & oil
Gradually add them to the mix, stirring continuously with a mixer until the product is smooth
Let it rest for at least 30 minutes at 4°C

Water, Chickpea flour, Sunflower oil, Concentrated lemon juice, Maltodextrin, Salt, Cumin, Garlic, Citric acid (E330), Potassium sorbate (E202).
