Our recipe

Ready-to-use Mix – 32.4%

Broccoli – 22%

Water – 17.6%

Goat’s Cheese – 15%

Sunflower oil – 8%

Breadcrumbs – 5%

Our process

Defrost the broccoli
Grind them (the pieces should not be too big)
Cut the goat's cheese into pre-frozen cubes
Stir together the mix with the broccoli, water & oil
Add the goat's cheese cubes at the end of the mixing process
Shape the burgers (60g)
Coat with breadcrumbs
Fry for 30 seconds at 180°C
Cook in a steam oven for 15 minutes at 180°C
