Chili Bites Mix – 45%

Our process

Stir together the mix & water
Stock the mixture for at least 30 minutes at 4°C
Shape the bites (18g)
Fry in sunflower oil for 45 seconds at 190°C
Bake in a steam oven for 7 minutes at 210°C
