Unsalted butter – 14%

Red bean flour – 10.4%

Water – 9%

Vanilla natural aroma – 0.7%

xanthan gum – 0.5%

Salt – 0.4%

Our process

Mix the dry ingredients together ;
Add the eggs, melted butter and butter with the flat beater for 3 min at medium speed ;
Pour the mixture into a square mould to a thickness of 3cm ;
Bake for 20 min at 180°C with low ventilation.
