Savoury Cake Mix – 36%
Eggs – 26%
Grated Cheese – 20%
Diced Ham – 7.5%
Pitted Green Olives – 5.5%
Sunflower Oil – 5%

Our process
Stir together the mix, eggs, sunflower oil & grated cheese with a hand mixer at medium speed for 3 minutes
Add the diced ham & green olives and mix again for 3 minutes
Pour into a cake tin 2/3 full
Bake in an oven for about 30 minutes at 180°C
