Well-known in the Chili con Carne recipe, we have chosen to transform them into flour to take advantage of their highly interesting nutritional profile in a wide range of applications. They work particularly well in recipes containing chocolate and cocoa, but that’s not all! Used at a rate of 10 to 15%, they are perfect for applications such as brownies, pancakes, and veggie patties.
