The red bean is a legume. Very well known in the recipe for Chili con Carne, we have chosen to process it into flour in order to benefit from its very interesting nutritional profile in the greatest number of applications. It is particularly effective in recipes containing chocolate and cocoa, but not only!  Used at a level of 10 to 15%, it is perfectly suited to brownies, pancakes, vegetable cakes, etc.
