In order to design our range of native flours, we have selected traced raw materials that met sensorial and technological criteria, but also for essential nutrients they provided to our diet. Indeed, our chickpea native flour is rich in proteins, fibres and micronutrients, such as potassium, magnesium, iron, copper, phosphorus and vitamins B1, B6 and B9. We recommend it for the prepration of aperitif snacks.
