For 1 kg :

Boiled potatoes : 543.4g
Wheat flour : 364.8g
FRALU-CON : 90g
Salt : 1.8g

Our process

Mix mashed potatoes with flour, FRALU-CON and salt
Form the gnocchi (thickness: about 1 cm)
Preparation for tasting: poach the gnocchi for 2-3 minutes in boiling water and then brown the gnocchi in a buttered pan.
