Mix Coconut Cocoa Cereal Bars – 67.1%

Glucose syrup – 18%

Polydextrose syrup – 14.9%

Our process

Mix together the glucose syrup & polydextrose syrup
Heat until it reaches 80°C
Incorporate the "Coconut Cocoa Cereal Bars" mix in the liquid solution
Mix until having a homogeneous mixture
The dough is ready for shaping

Glucose syrup, Polydextrose syrup, Cereals (12%) (Rye, Spelt, Oats flakes), Plant proteins (pea, wheat), Extruded biscuit (wheat flour, sucrose, malted wheat, acidity regulator: sodium carbonate, salt, rapeseed lecithin), Corn germ, Grated coconut (6%), Soya billets (Soya protein isolate, starch), Flax flour, Wheat flour, Puffed rice (Rice (flour, starch), sugar, wheat malt, dextrose, wheat gluten, salt), Cocoa bean slivers (4%) (Cocoa, sugar), Chia seeds, Acerola extract, Natural vanilla aroma.
