In recent years, the popularity of chickpeas has been growing, versatile, and found in multiple applications: chickpea-based snacks, prepared meals, salads, snacks, etc. This chickpea flour comes from a variety rich in protein which gives it very interesting nutritional properties with a protein content of at least 25%.
