INVEJA offers an innovative chocolate substitute solution, designed to address the challenges of the cocoa market, where prices and availability are highly volatile. This ready-to-use powdered blend can easily be used as a substitute for chocolate, mixing directly with other dry ingredients for quick and easy use. This alternative replicates the key sensory characteristics of chocolate: chocolatey and sweet notes, no bitterness, a firm texture and a naturally light brown colour. It also offers great flexibility, allowing chocolate to be replaced by between 25 per cent and 100 per cent, depending on the desired intensity.
