Our TVPs (Textured Vegetable Proteins) are a real asset for the protein transition and flexitarianism. They can be used in vegetable products, but also in mixed vegetable & animal proteins. Our TVPs are mainly made from ingredients of French origin and all guaranteed GMO-free. Our process is clean, without the addition of any technological aid. It is purely mechanical, combining temperature, pressure, humidity, and shear. * M = 2-8mm | L = 2-10mm | XL = 2-20mm
